The Trustees of the Annual Conference includes 12 members nominated by the Conference Committee on Nominations and elected by the Annual Conference to staggered four-year terms. It is recommended that one-third be laymen, one-third be laywomen, and one-third be clergypersons.
The Trustees of the Annual Conference, acting as a corporation, receives, collects, holds in trust and administers all donations, bequests, and property given to the Annual Conference in accordance with the directions of the donor and in the interest of the church, society, institution or agency designated by such donor.
