Strong congregations begin with effective lay and clergy leadership. Providing training to these leaders presents an opportunity to strengthen local churches in our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
These resources, produced by the Spartanburg District, can be used in training local church leaders, whether individuals or groups. Below you will find videos for church committees and other areas of importance, such as the church office and communicating the message of your church.
We recommend that committees view the videos pertinent to their work at the beginning of each year, providing a solid introduction for new members and a review for continuing members.
