Almighty God,
I pray for healing and comfort for those hit hard by the ravages of the current pandemic, whether it be medical illness, financial or relational. Through all of this, Lord, I pray that each of us is using this time in physical isolation to examine ourselves and our natural surroundings – to gain greater appreciation for how truly amazing and beautiful is the world you have created for us. And through this period of physical isolation, I pray that all of us, believers and those who have not yet come to you, will be moved closer and closer to you through the witness of the many Christians across the country and the world who have been the shining light you ask us to be. For our being with you, Lord, is anything but isolation. In Your Holy Name I pray, Amen.
