A prayer of gratitude:
Tabitha did a great job of keeping us posted on Emily’s surgery yesterday. Here are the two Facebook posts that tell the story we want to hear:
1) Got update from OR nurse: Tumor has been fully removed, they are fitting her for the new allograft and taking images. They have about 2-3 hours left before surgery will be completed. She’s doing great.

2) Emily finally got out of surgery at 5:30 this afternoon. Tumor is completely gone. :) We finally have her pain under control and she’s sleeping. Give better updates tomorrow, I am going to bed.
