Schedule for 2024-2025
August 15 – Annual Set-up Meeting – Aldersgate UMC, Greenwood
We are looking forward to gathering as a district family when we welcome our new District Superintendent, Rev. Chris Lollie, pastors, spouses, and children to this begin the new Conference Year. This is our opportunity to meet pastors and their families who are new to our district and recognize those pastors who moved to new appointments within the Greenwood District. We will be at Aldersgate UMC, 103 Northside Dr., West, August 15, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meal will be provided by the district. Meal reservation deadline is August 9, 2024.
While the pastors are in their business meeting, the spouses will be able to meet and get to know each other. Childcare can be provided during these meetings.
Attention Pastors: “Please do NOT schedule vacation or other engagements for this date and time. We expect all appointed and assigned pastors to attend this annual set-up meeting.”
