Toni Roberts Taylor, MEd., EdS,, PCC has over 18 years as a Christian leadership, transition and resilience coach, for both individuals and teams. Toni owns Coaching Pathway, LLC also works as a leadership and mental fitness coach for Better Up Coaching. In addition to earning her Professional Certified Coach Credential from the International Coaching Federation, Toni has earned graduate degrees in education, technology, and leadership. Toni is a Certified Lay Speaker for the SC UMC and Forward Focus Coach. She serves churches in the Conference through consulting, coaching, visioning and strategic planning. Toni’s mission is to support people and organizations to reach their full potential. Toni and her husband David live in Fort Mills, SC, where David is senior pastor at Philadelphia UMC. They have 5 boys and 4 grandchildren in Greenville, SC. Her latest news is the publication of her book, co-authored with Rev. Cathy Joens, by the Advocate Press in December, Walk With Me, Your Spiritual Esteem Journey. This has provided us the opportunity to speak at churches and lead Women’s retreats on “spiritual esteem”. Toni loves an adventure and looks for opportunities to hike, ride her bicycle, kayak, and put her stand up paddleboard in the water in her free time.
