A 16-person delegation – eight clergy, eight lay – will represent the South Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church at the postponed 2020 General Conference, set for April 23-May 3, 2024, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Four alternate delegates – the first- and second-elected clergy and lay delegates to the 2024 Southeastern Jurisdictional Conference – also will attend GC2020. Delegates are listed in the order in which they were elected at the 2019 South Carolina Annual Conference. General Conference delegates also will attend SEJ2024.
