ClergyCare Retreat (Virtural): Discernment

As Christians and Christian professionals, we have all experienced a nudge, a call even specific guidance from God. What if we developed the holy habit of intentionally aligning ourselves and our daily lives with God’s purposes . . . even in the smallest of matters? Christian discernment is the practice of learning to listen to God, and to be continually attentive to God’s desire to participate in all aspects of our lives, not just our vocations. By intentionally practicing the mindfulness needed for discernment, we will discover a deeper connection with God, guidance for our daily living, and the experience of knowing God’s abiding presence and participation in everything we do.
