The 2020 Spring Clergy Gathering has been canceled and will not be rescheduled.
We are complying with the requests of our country’s top health officials in hopes of containing the spread of the coronavirus.
Currently, our top priority, as the church and clergy, is to protect and care for our communities during this time of pandemic. By standing firm in our faith in the grace, mercy and healing power of Jesus Christ, we can offer a non-anxious presence and compassion to our neighbors.
We ask that we be in prayer for each other as we minister through this difficult time; for leaders who are making hard decisions; for the marginalized and vulnerable; for schoolchildren who will need to be fed; for those who are sick and for their families; for all healthcare workers; for all who are saddened by isolation; and for peace in the midst of chaos.
