This is a full-time position. Essential Job Duties: Director of Youth and Adult Ministries. Some assistance to the senior pastor with pastoral duties is possible and could be encouraged. Responsible for the planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, leadership and supervision of the ministries for the youth and adults. Education in Seminary, Religious Studies or Youth and Adult Ministry is desired but not necessary if the applicant has proven experience in these areas.
