Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Augusta, Georgia is hiring a part-time person for congregational care. In addition to care visits, cards, and phone calls, the person will schedule and facilitate periodic events for Senior Adults and oversee two lay care teams (Nurture and Bereavement). Averages 20 hours a week (86 hours a month).
Aldersgate UMC Augusta is a dynamic church experiencing new life and growth through creative new ministries such as Messy Church, Recovery Church, and Single Parents ministry. This new team member will have the opportunity to use their particular gifts to participate in these ministries as appropriate.
