For Profit and Non Profit Businesses and Organizations may apply to be an Exhibitor for the upcoming session of the Annual Conference. The exhibit area will be located in Hall 1 of the Greenville Convention Center. Each table will be eight feet in length with a skirt. The name of your organization will be posted at your table. There will be no electrical outlets available. Equipment needs are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. The Greenville Convention Center will be locked each evening following the Conference.

If you need to ship to the Greenville Convention Center, the address is 1 Exposition Drive Greenville, SC 29607. You must list on your shipping label that you are a part of the SC Annual Conference. No packages can be received prior to Friday, June 6. Exhibitors will be responsible for collecting their packages (the center will not deliver them to your table).

The exhibit area will be open for set-up on Saturday, June 7 at 9:00 a.m. The exhibit area must be cleared by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11. You may address specific questions to Rev. Please note that under our agreement with the Greenville Convention Center, exhibitors cannot bring food or drink to distribute at the Annual Conference.

The Exhibitor Application process closes March 29, 2025. The For Profit fee is $300.00 per table. The Non Profit fee is $150.00 per table. The Application is linked below.  The Application will be reviewed once submitted.  If the application is accepted, you will receive an email to complete the process by providing an online payment.  If your application is not approved you will be notified.
