Delegates and other attendees at the 2019 South Carolina Annual Conference have a cost-saving opportunity again this year to buy a meal plan for the duration of the meeting.
Typically, delegates and other attendees are responsible for taking care of their own meals, and they will have several options for on-site dining in the main dining room at the Greenville Convention Center.
The tiered meal plan includes options for lunch and dinner:
Option 1 – Eight meals, covering the entire conference (Sunday dinner, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday lunch and dinner, Thursday lunch). This is the most economical plan. ($132)
Option 2 – Purchase meals by day (Sunday dinner and Thursday lunch, Monday lunch and dinner, Tuesday lunch and dinner, Wednesday lunch and dinner). This provides some flexibility when planning your visit in Greenville. ($39/day)
Option 3 – Purchase meals individually by day. This provides the highest level of flexibility when planning your visit. ($19/per meal for lunch; $25/per meal for dinner)
All meals are served buffet style and include salads, desserts, iced tea, water and coffee.
When you register for the meal plan, please make certain that you check the box for any special event that you plan to attend. Payment may be made only with a debit/credit card or electronic check.
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your payment was not successful and you will need to register again. There will be no refunds.
The deadline to sign up for a meal plan is May 17, but conference attendees are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible. That will give both conference planners and Greenville Convention Center staff enough time to prepare – and help keep the cost down.
